Prof. Krzysztof Łyskawa

Chairman of the Supervisory Board
He combines experience in academia, private companies and trade associations. Since 1998 he has been working in the insurance market, in brokerage companies. Member of the non-life insurance committee of the Polish Insurance Association (sub-committee for insurance in agriculture). In addition, he was a member of the team that prepared the business strategy for PTU SA (now Wiener). Author of more than 100 papers in the field of insurance, co-author of academic textbooks. He has worked actively on scientific projects in the field of agricultural insurance in Poland and Italy. Expert of the National Council of Agricultural Chambers on insurance in agriculture. Representative of Polish farmers in the Copa Cogeca Committee (Insurance and Risk Management Team).

Prof. Szymon Cyfert

Twenty years of experience in designing and implementing management systems, development strategies, etc. for major Polish and international companies such as: Energa S.A., PGE, Ruch S.A., PKO B.P., Orlen, Lotos, Polmos Poznań, Fortis Bank, manager of many scientific projects in the area of organisation improvement, design and implementation of strategies, organisational structures, process shaping and enterprise restructuring and privatisation. Author of more than 200 publications and scientific monographs in the field of business management.

Ph.D. Robert Barski

Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Technology of the Jakub z Paradyż Academy in Gorzów Wielkopolski, former President of Smart Data Lights Sp. z o.o., marketing specialist at Winbook Polska sp z o.o., Kotrak S.A. - Electromobility expert. Experience as long-standing Director of the Academic Business Incubator. Promoter of more than 90 engineering and master's theses. Author of didactic materials for undergraduate and postgraduate students of mechanics and machine construction. Author of the self-evaluation report for the faculty of mechanics and machine construction.

Ph.D. Magdalena Śliwińska

Doctor of Economics at Poznań University of Business and Economics, member of the Department of European Studies, expert of the European Commission on Sustainable Development and Fair Trade, author of numerous scientific publications on competition in the EU single market, EU competition policy, Sustainable Development and Fair Trade. Member of the Board of Directors of the Fair Trade Advocacy Office in Brussel.

Włodzimierz Trojan

More than thirty years' experience as an entrepreneur in the woodworking industry, mainly carpentry and interior finishing. Works mainly on the German market, but also on the Polish market. He has created a strong brand TRELLI, in the field of wooden stairs production, which is important on the German market and enjoys the recognition of customers. He is an expert in the field of woodworking technology and woodworking machinery and has many connections to companies on the German market.
